Now the Firm uses that groundwork to serve clients effectively in a global public-affairs climate that requires low-risk, high-reward strategies.

An equal emphasis on meeting the needs of both public-sector and private-sector clients has been fundamental to our business philosophy. It is becoming clear that the objectives of private interests and of the public sector are best achieved when these objectives are mutually understood. We also can provide the client with governmental-affairs services designed to allow the client's concerns to be expressed at the local, state, provincial, and national levels of government.

William-Lynn-James is composed of 5 principals and maintains operations in the United States and Canada. The size and structure of the Firm allows a senior member of the staff to serve as director of each project. The project director then assembles a project team made up of other senior staff members, research associates, and support personnel as required by the nature and scope of the project. We emphasize understanding the practical and economic realities of the client's needs and bringing together the appropriate resources to address those needs.
