Larry Ingraham
Japanese Investments and Governmental Affairs
Larry Ingraham directs the Asian policy group for William-Lynn-James. He has more than 26 years of experience in the region. During this time span, he lived and worked in Japan for more than 15 years. He headed the Indiana Department of Commerce's East Asian office in Tokyo from 1983 to1986. Upon returning to the Midwest, he has served as an East Asian business advisor to the Department of Commerce and guest lecturer at Indiana University's School of Business. Mr. Ingraham was the founding Co-Chairman of the Indiana Association of Southeast Asian Nations Council in 1988.
In addition to these public-sector positions, Mr. Ingraham has worked extensively with the private sector in helping to locate Japanese business to the Midwest. His areas of expertise are in offering specialized intercultural services to U.S. and Asian companies and Midwestern communities.
Mr. Ingraham can provide agent-distribution relations, investment counseling, joint-venture counseling, Asian marketing assessments, procurement resolution, and trade delegation programming. He is fluent in English and Japanese.
