OVERVIEW OF SERVICES
Our services are tailored to each client's specific project needs and range from short-term action plans and crisis management to long-term strategic development plans. We also help clients identify and shape public-policy objectives that affect their interests at the local, state, provincial, and national levels.
A hallmark of our approach has been the combination of three elements:
- sophisticated analysis of economic, social, political, and technological factors
- identification and involvement of business leaders, community groups,
grassroots organizations, and the public sector
- creation of a plan that can be implemented within a client's resource capabilities.
