Sue Westendorf
Transportation and Infrastructure
Sue Westendorf brings the expertise of having served as the Co-Chair of the Fort to Port Improvement Organization from 1989 thru 2007. In doing so she chaired public engagement meetings across the region, met with ODOT officials, and made presentations to the Transportation Review Advisory Council (TRAC) in Ohio. Fort to Port was the first project to present to TRAC when it was established.
She served for 18 years as a CEO of a county chamber in Ohio and during this time she led the economic development efforts bringing in new businesses and jobs while retaining businesses and jobs that were already existing in the county.
Sue currently serves on the Ohio State Board of Education, having been appointed by two governors to this board. While on the board, she has served as President and Vice-President.
